How we got started
The Allen Community Bloom Project is rooted in my personal struggle with domestic violence. So many stories surrounding domestic violence go unheard, overlooked, and forgotten. Every story matters, and it's crucial that we raise domestic violence awareness. I am grateful to have survived my experience, but the message remains loud and clear—it needs to be heard!
My goal is not only to bridge the gaps in the fight against domestic violence but also to create safe spaces that are free of judgment and focused on healing. Our first major initiative is a community garden project set to launch in 2026, which will serve as a creative healing space for all.
Domestic violence impacts not only the victims but also their families, including children. Join us in providing support for victims and empowering them to fight back against domestic violence.
